Student Life

The relationships you form with classmates and teachers, along with your active engagement in school activities, will create enduring memories of your high school journey at Elder Dr. Francis Whiskeyjack School.

An active student life creates a vibrant and inclusive school culture. We encourage all students to find a way to get involved, whether it’s through clubs, athletics (as an athlete or a fan!) or volunteer work.

Clubs

Clubs offer opportunities to explore your interests, develop leadership abilities and forge lasting friendships. Be a part of establishing the first Elder Dr. Francis Whiskeyjack School clubs!

Athletics

We will establish teams in a variety of sports. Tryout or if you like to support athletics in a different way, consider volunteering with our Athletic Leadership Team or cheer from the stands!

Service and volunteering

Give back to your community while gaining a deeper understanding of societal issues. Make your voice heard by getting involved with the Edmonton Public Schools Senate or focus group discussions. Or consider organizing a fun school event to support a local charity.
