Culinary Arts 20 and 30
The Culinary Arts program prepares students for careers in the food industry, focusing on food production, preparation and meal planning in a commercial kitchen.
Students begin with food safety, sanitation and nutrition, learning high-quality dish preparation and food presentation techniques. Through hands-on training and theoretical instruction, students engage in culinary experiences that reflect industry trends and local sourcing practices, including honouring Treaty Six land.
This course equips students with valuable skills and a strong foundation for various career paths, including restaurant management, catering and food service.
